In this interactive session learn how Trustees can work with select people, finance committees, town managers, mayors and other boards to set up their libraries for better funding and lasting impacts. Tips on what to do, and what not to do. Facilitated by Rob Favini, Head of Library and Development, MBLC with Mary Ann Cluggish, Commissioner, MBLC. Additional panelists to come.

Megan Allen, Director, Thomas Crane Public Library, Quincy, will share road-tested strategies and resources related to security, patron conduct, staff safety and emergency preparedness. 

12:00-1:00 Lunch and Trustees Sharing Session: During lunch, Trustees are invited to share successes and challenges.
