Trustee Deep Dives: Recruiting New Board Members
Join us for a new monthly series that will bring trustees together for an in-depth conversation on trustee roles and responsibilities. Each month explore a different topic, with a brief overview presented by Maura Deedy, Library Advisory Specialist, or with an expert special guest, with time for questions and conversation. This is a space to connect with other trustees across the state, make connections and build your toolkit to be an effective trustee.
For the March Deep Dive, the topic will be the recruitment of new board members. We'll review strategies for recruitment and how to use a board matrix.
