Trustee Deep Dives- New Board Members
Join us for a new monthly series that will bring trustees together for an in-depth conversation on trustee roles and responsibilities. Each month explore a different topic, with a brief overview presented by Maura Deedy, Library Advisory Specialist, or with an expert special guest, with time for questions and conversation. This is a space to connect with other trustees across the state, make connections and build your toolkit to be an effective trustee.
This Trustee Deep Dive will focus on welcoming newly elected or appointed trustees. We'll give an overview of MBLC and the roles and responsibilites of a trustee, along with some best practices and tips. While this is focused on new trustees, all are welcome.
